The Empava 36 in. 4.2 cu. ft. Single Oven Gas Range with CSA Certification is a perfect combination of style and practicality. The exterior features stainless steel construction for long-lasting durability, with the color-matched handle and knobs combining to create a fashion sense.


The gas cooktops feature commercial-grade components, including a power burner designed to reach maximum temperatures quickly as well as a simmer burner for more delicate, controlled heat. The oven functions include preheating, convection dehydration, defrosting, convection defrost, convection roast, convection bake, infrared broil, and natural airflow bake.

The slide-in gas range offers heavy-duty cast-iron grates and 4-versatile burners, 2-single 18000 BTU burners, 1-single 12000 BTU burners, and a dual-ring 15000 BTU burner (650 BTU for simmering) to distribute even heat for simmering, boiling, stir-frying, steaming, melting, or even caramelizing

Triple-layer tempered glass adds to the eye-catching aesthetic of the complete exterior design. With a stainless-steel gas range and a brilliant blue interior, the temperature can be set from 150°F to 500°F, helping you to cook perfectly and accurately. It's good for broiling, baking, defrosting, dehydration, and preheating.

A commercial-grade gas oven offers an extra-large 6 cu. ft. cooking capacity, two removable oven racks and a tray, and six adjustable rack positions to accommodate the various sizes of food items. A convection fan (push-button control) circulates heated air over, under, and around, delivering the ideal temperature and airflow for fast preheating, and uniform cooking helps remove cold spots to ensure even baking because the entire oven, including the walls and racks, are heated to the correct temperature.

The slide-in gas range comes with a large oven window and two halogen oven lights (push-button control) that allow you to see your food while cooking without opening the door. Knobs with brilliant LED control panel lights add a bold, stylish touch to your professional gas range
